Bright Harbor Media was founded by Jon Allen, an emergency physician. Emergency medicine runs on systems that can't afford to miss a call or let someone fall through the cracks. Jon brings that same habit to small businesses: find where revenue is slipping away, then close the gap.

Jon also runs our sister company, Peach State Merchant Services, which offers card processing to small businesses, and builds AI systems for service businesses.

That mix of payments, AI, and time spent inside real small businesses is why Bright Harbor focuses on the unglamorous fixes. The customer list nobody contacts. The calls that go to voicemail. The Google profile that's half filled out.

The work is mostly done-for-you, with AI handling the repetitive parts so pricing stays reasonable and a real person stays accountable for the result.
