What we collect

When you request a free review, we collect your name, business name, business type, email, phone number, an approximate count of past customers on file, the services you're interested in, and any message you include. If we work together, we may also receive information you share to run a campaign or service, such as a customer list.

How we use it

We use your information to follow up about your review, to deliver the services you request, and to communicate with you about the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Who sees it

Only the people at Bright Harbor Media who need your information to do the work. Service providers we use to run campaigns — such as a mailing house or a text and email platform — may receive the minimum information needed to send a campaign on your behalf, under their own privacy obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the services you asked for and to follow up with you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us or call us using the contact details on our Contact page and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Text messages

We only text people who check the consent box on our review request form. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
